Most working professionals now want some form of remote work, either hybrid or fully remote, with surveys suggesting that fewer than 10 percent of those surveyed prefer being on-site full-time.
A majority of employees who have remote-capable jobs favor hybrid arrangements, and many prefer full remote work.
Despite this demand, some companies still consider eliminating remote policies, which can cause dissatisfaction and potential loss of talent since a significant number of employees would consider changing jobs if flexible work options were taken away.
Remote work trends are expected to continue growing. Industry leaders predict that a significant portion of the workforce will be working remotely several days a week by the near future, and companies are embracing hybrid models to balance in-office presence and remote flexibility.

So, the question for our readers is: Is Remote Work Making A Comeback?
Here is the opinion of one of the McCalmon editorial staff:
Jack McCalmon, Esq.
From conversations I have had with others, full-time on-site and full-time remote appear to be declining because more employers are moving to some type of hybrid model. Right now, the debate appears to be whether employers choose the days employees come to work or the employee chooses their days so long as they are in-office for a certain number of days per week or month. From a recruiting standpoint, employee flexibility seems to be key for attracting talent.
